I had no idea.Yeah, the BBB is pretty worthless now. If you PAY to be a member you get a positive listing. If you don't pay they shake you down if there is ever a complaint with threats they won't find in your favor.
So businesses and merchants no longer shake in their boots when you threaten to report them to the BBB?
