it's called Calm Wind spa, Been there, plaza is very busy

That is in the Cicero/North Syracuse area—I’d be pretty wary of it. It doesn’t seem like it can last with all those businesses near it.

I concur with TallTree. That parking lot is freaking busy. Reminds of the Cherry Spa in Manlius.
