For those of you that rent / InCalls included.... Better start some planning.

I LOVE AUSTIN ! I love 78751 and I will not be going anywhere soon.
Austin is a great place to live!....even if rent is an arm and a leg !
what a joke....
If that comment was aimed at my 2000 in LA reply know first renting is for suckers , like leasing a car is. That's why I don't live in Austin , because I'm not a sucker. So enjoy your over populated city local. Originally Posted by rockerrick

Why the knock on someone who rents? There are some very valid reasons to not being tied down to a mortgage. I can def relate on that end. I am just lucky that I will reap the benefits of having a house that is in a prime area when it's time to sell. Due to market conditions on my other house with spouse, we are upside down to a shitty market

As for my previous comment I was implying that us ladies needing to lower our rates, again, in order to rent a place is a joke. My best friend does just fine and is successful here, despite the inflation, and literally just signed a lease this month. Demand hasn't changed, rates haven't changed, money (of course) has not changed. Call it luck, or get reaaaally being great at this business, but not everyone is going to suffer or modify. Gotta love our world at times. Especially when you are as gorgeous and skilled as she is.

If the ladies/ I could write a review*

I remember when I moved here in the late 90's stories from realitors about people literally putting for sale signs on their lawns and have people start bidding on them fresh off the plane. It's not an insult to people from Cali (again me being one) It's just a reality in living in a city that has so many imports.
Yep and all the people in California are leaving cause the Texans and New Yorkers are all moving in driving up the already high prices !!!!!

They're just one of the quickest imports, second to New Yorkers.
