Fake Name

I'm not being a hypocrite-- I'm not the one that asked for personal information. The point is-- if a lady wants something you aren't willing to give, then its on you to simply move on. Lots of ladies with different practices. Originally Posted by Grace Preston

Both parties have a degree of risk. The risk typically goes down the more reputable the lady, but of course, there are no guarantees.

What is an important differentiating factor in the argument of who should be required to give their real name, in my opinion, is who has put themselves out there online.

Because a lady, the escort, puts herself out there online, she's particularly vulnerable to bad actors that may contact her.
In my opinion, this is why a lady should always use a stage name. And then there's the fact a man can usually overpower a woman, so some type of screening is important.

From my experience, when I discover a lie, whether it's a false name, any type of lie or purposely being mislead, I feel a wave of anxiety and an abrupt disconnect. I like to be genuinely excited about a date and build a relationship, so it's most unfortunate when this happens. I personally don't require full names, because I don't think it offers much protection; I use the review or reference system.
