Wow...i now truly understand why i do not live in Austin. There was enough evidence, albeit circumstantial to convict of her aggravated manslaughter. Let us not forget that Scott Peterson was convicted on circumstantial evidence. Not reporting a child missing and telling people she was with an imaginary nanny for 31 days is enough for me to know that she was involved enough to have contributed to the death of that poor little girl.

It should be a lesson to DA's nationwide, toss the ball from deep in the end zone on your own one yard line, don't get upset when the pick 6 burns you... ( not you literally)
Nothing but the smell of a fart in a can and tape , a car etc. that others had access to. Party for 31 days isn't hard evidence, only ' evidence' to hate the defendant which is not a determinant of guilt.
As to Scott Peterson, different case, different jury, different prosecutors..
I too agree she was involved and manslaughter would have gotten them a conviction, but was it an accident or a murder, the more I think about George the more I smell a rat...
And someone last night on TV had a classic line for the defense of Roger Clemons, ' Blame it on George Anthony'
