Being "respected" by other members doesn't do shit when something happens between two consenting adults and something goes awry.

It's seems to be about 15 bucks. But not if you read her entire post and his ROS statements.

But the bigger issue is he says he changed to a half hour and she says that she feels it was an hour because HE was late and I concur with her that since he was late and she had that time blocked out for him he owes the entire hour rate. That point seems to be getting missed.

In that intial email to Gina, he fails to mention that critical FACT that he set an hour appointment and only when the time was fast approaching did he call to try and change it to a half hour.

Sucks to be him but she booked an hour for him at whatever the rate was at the time. Not a half hour, an hour.

What if he had not been able to show up at all due to the traffic but kept her waiting the entire hour just in case he got there, would he owe her anything?

He got his BCD service and in my opinion since he "overlooks" mentioning that in his email to Gina it appears he may have tried to hide that point in his email.
