A small pinch of cayenne pepper in the coffee sounds good, will have to try it. Cayenne pepper has lots of good benefits for health.
i started putting mct oil in my coffee. Lots more energy, just be care full more than 2 tablespoons and the bathroom will never be close enough.

they always say if you get local honey and local food it will help with your allergies but try some mct oil, make sure its Emulsified otherwise it will not blend in with the coffee. otherwise it will look like an oil spill onto of your coffee
