As a massage therapist, I have worked with gentlemen who have had this surgery. Good thing for you is that the surgeon left some of the nerves that surround the prostate. Massage of the perineum is good to help with scar tissue. Being your surgery is recent you should give the area time to heal though.

Some of the gentlemen I have seen in the past experience orgasm, but not ejaculation,this is taught through deep breathing, via Tantra. They also use pumps, injections or cock rings for erection.
