Back in the day had a couple regulars over the years that loved getting USD and gave the going exchange rate which they did follow closely. They said USD was treated as either a shopping or vacation fund, since they liked to shop and vacation in the States. Said they just put it aside, to use when either shopping or going on a vacation down here.
