There is Bout time on N I-35 but I like the NEW Bout Time 2 next to Papasito's where the old Fudrucker's used to be! The people are always friendly there. But be warned, the drinks are NOT for the weak at heart!!!

Lipstick on E 7th, near the police station is pretty chill. I like the music they spin. Cheer Up Charlies on E 6th, east of 35) is also very relaxed. I've been there a couple of times recently. They have some great food trailers, too.

Both of these are lesbian bars. (For the most part.)

I went to rustys, they had a drag show and never been to one before it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! loved it, they did comedy and singing and all I handed out dollar bills like I was a cheap atm lol I had a blast was a nice way to end a horrible depressing week last week

I played a gig at Cheer Up Charlie's ... It seemed like the kind of place you might want to go. N several other places nearby that certainly swing both ways... NOT THAT THERE'S ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT!

I always thought someone should open a Texas-y western style gay bar and call it

"Johnson City".
