Owned a little restaurant and I can see some parallels here, customer service and value for your dollar. Some people liked the food and came often, some didn't. Them that bitched were not really missed but my regulars were precious to me and paid a little extra attention. Everyone was treated special and valued as such. I only could do the best I could do and hoped it was enough. I look for the same treatment in the hobby. 95% of you ladies are gems and the other 5%.... well there is always hope for improvement. Just my $.02 worth

But the drama won't ever end. It's like crack for some people.
