They also have a door in the back to their "Market" where you can pick up dinner for two (or four) in a bag weeknights. some of those nights feature fried chicken with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetable, and their home-made yeast rolls. (order online 24 hours in advance).

Damian's in Arlington is hands down the best around. I'm partial to cajun/creole cooking and they nail it. It's like an orgasm in your nose when you walk in and smell this place. Only open for lunch and weekends are rare but if you are in the area you will not be disappointed. My favorites there are their smothered pork chops, smoked meatloaf, and their gumbo. The smothered cabbage and greens are my go to sides.
