As long as it's being done by consenting adults, no problem. My problem with the porn representation of this is that many of the women involved are doing it solely because they are being paid for it, not because they enjoy it, even remotely. While the Robin Williams movie was OK, the book by John Irving is a classic of modern lit, though if you're going to start reading John Irving I recommend The Hotel New Hampshire and A Prayer for Owen Meany ahead of it.
