ECCIE discounts: Should they be given to lurkers as well as members?

Thanks for the input, everyone. There are admirable arguments for both sides. I'm still debating. I was leaning more toward the "no handle, no break" with the number of posts or reviews immaterial, but what both Big Joe and jbravo said makes sense, but there's Olivia's strong point, too. Hmmm......

Gosh, mine is opposite. BP and my website list the higher rate for the general public, then discounts for P411 and ECCIE, but I offer more specials for ECCIE gentlemen. P411 is great for pre-screening, but probably because of the ability to post back and forth in threads and my frequent comments, I get noticed more here. (I'm a legend.... to a bunch of chihuahuas. ) Therefore, the price structure just seemed fair.

Its the providers choice.....I make everything clear in my ads.
I say anyone LOYAL and REGULAR to you. Good customers should get rewarded no matter what site they come from
