Gina, can you clarify? I interpret that the removal of the activities and ad board affect all customers but the 2nd quoted sentence confuses me. Does the change in Canadian law affect US customers or not? Originally Posted by Jumbo72

It sucks.. I've grown to love the ad board. But I'd rather have P411 than not have P411.

Is there anyway you could change the ad board to where the ladies fill out a form that limits information to that which is allowed by law? There is still value in seeing which women are available in a particular location, and perhaps a link to other sites where more information is available. Originally Posted by TinMan

Yes this "affects" clients around the world, but you are not obliged to follow a law in Canada unless you are in Canada. If you are in the US, you have to follow US laws as they are written or face possible prosecution.

P411 is in Canada, and therefore has to follow the laws of Canada, which up to now have been quite lax and/or non-existent. Bill C36 is going to put a law into place that specifically addresses Escort Advertising, which we will follow in order to stay on the right side of the law.

Advertising time for money will always be legal. Advertising any sort of sexual services will not be legal. It sucks, I realize this! However, I have a very busy mind and you never know what we might be able to come up with.

Always,
Gina

But, as was said, having p411 is better than not having it.

The Canucks can fuck up a good thing just as badly as the US. Now that taint right.
As a provider, the ad boards are the most important means of daily availability advertising for me. Perhaps the calendar will become more important if the ad board disappears. Could we not keep the ad board, but avoid mentioning of services/activities, only listing a picture and availability?

As in all walks of life...things change. To succeed you have to adjust and be creative... and he/she who adjusts the best, thrives. The hobby goes on and on. With Gina's 'busy' mind, I'm sure most will be just fine. Be safe though.

The ability to filter ads by location is one important advantage P411 has over Eccie. Originally Posted by TinMan

I do like the ingenuity you showed in some of those offerings, though. The ice cream desserts got a giggle from me. Originally Posted by TinMan

Keep in mind there will be court challenges to the law. No one really knows yet what the end result will be. Until then, Gina will do what she has to protect her business.

Since P411 is a Canadian site and they have to comply with Canadian laws maybe they can change the acronyms to hockey terms. Canadians can't object to anything hockey related, it's in their constitution.
Multiple Shots On Goal is already loosely a hockey term.

More and more evidence that cyber dust is needed where no proof is stored. No evidence it ever happened.
P411 has always worked great for me. I'll miss the menu items but I've never totally relied on them. Good research from good reviews and client feedback always trumps what providers might or might not "offer" on their "menus". I'd rather have p411 as a resource than not.

I am banned from p411? You have me banned from everywhere! How do you know this old wise one? No irony, but another assumptive troll post trying to stir up shit from you. The thread hijacks and cyber stalking my posts is really getting old. Why don't you grow up take your own advice...http://eccie.net/showpost.php?p=1055769396&postcount=35

On the other hand, reminding those who may not know better that you were a dangerous individual is the job of responsible members of the community who have been around long enough to know. Deceiving ladies about your identity, getting ladies drunk and taking advantage of them, and general lying about your reviews are just the things we know about.

So as long you insist on commenting on everything and playing stupid, you will occasionally get called out. I could give a fuck if male members don't like it. But as long as it makes one lady aware of your antics, it does it's job.
