Football Sunday my patriots win again still hungover last night from Club Medusa but it's all good.

I got through the day with few #10 pings in my back. Now 3 weeks and improvement. Even Friday 13 and I feel better, and waiting to see my back specialist to find a real solution. My day is brighter and happier> Thank you. Great idea . Speak about positive things.
