I just posted it myself thinking Houston is such a hot spot for renters that it would pretty much lease itself out. I considered going the renting out to providers route after I visited an agency. Thinking how much it would make sense for my location. Yummy's suggestion makes the most sense if I went that route.

Realistically, I will likely just go the leasing agent route now. Still, something I would consider.
