First time that ever happened. Trump has been running a shadow government out of Mara Largo and Bedminister. Much like Obama and Valerie Jarrett tried to do from his rented house in DC. Trump has been far more effective. He puts out multiple statements a day. He visited the border, has huge rallies. Interviews on networks. He’s probably more powerful now without the constraints of the Presidency. And watch out VM, Biden/Harris are crashing. That was expected. An abject failure. Stay tuned.

Trump was unable to bring himself to properly conduct the transfer of power and was too broken up to attend the inauguration ceremony
Trump did not have the nuclear codes. In fact he was stripped of them weeks earlier by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the House leadership.
He is not running a shadow government
He does put out jibberish constantly, with his need for constant attention
He is not more powerful now
A failed presidency
