A Hobbiest is allowed to share the ROS with the Provider seen. Many times a Hobbiest will allow a Provider to read the ROS or a Provider will ask to see the ROS before it's posted. As long as it's the Provider you have seen, you can share your own review/ROS.

What's funny is that normally, the moderators would question the OP about who gave her ROS info, and that person would share her ban...since the board has ruled that the guidelines don't prohibit the review writer from sharing his ROS info, she gets the full ban...
You all can spread blame around to make up for it though...
