I actually have never been to a theatre but I did lots and lots of research and asking around when I was thinking of it in the past. With my involvement in the bdsm lifestyle there wound up being much better options for me : throw my own party, attend a private party, go to a public lifestyle event, go to a swingers party, or go to NYC/Toronto and go to an actual sex club. For me the theatre doesn’t sound appealing.

Been to VL a few times. Alone and with a lady friend. It is hit or miss on couples night. I have also managed to hook up there on reg weeknights and even days. Certainly go with an escort, but I have never seen anything that was threatening behavior. Of course all depends on who may be there. The thrill of public theater play is fun for me. You may really enjoy it.
