I would not see anyone in that condition.....I would politely decline and send him on his way. Originally Posted by Kendall4U

I agree you should give the courtesy of what you got going on! Originally Posted by TheDallasClient

I remember years ago... There was a gentleman who had it on his junk down "there" and it freaked me out!! I covered it up and he got upset and wrote a negative review. I was with Private Connection at that time I believe. If that happened now, I would decline the appointment. It's scary looking sometimes!!:
Some of us that do body rubs/massage go to great extremes to provide a clean/safe/sanitary environment for you guys. It's great if you give us "heads-up" in advance if you have skin issues. Let us make the choice to see you or not.

A lot of times guys don't seem to know what is on their back because they don't look in the mirror. I've seen Psoriasis in various forms, adult acne, advanced skin cancer, MRSA/Staph, herpes and shingles (Herpes Zoster). Oh and let's not forget the rash from using Meth, common on the face, back and shoulder areas.

While we are not here to diagnose and/or treat skin disorders, it is very important to become familiar with what the more common ones look like.

Hobbiest, my personal opinion is that if you book an appointment knowing you have a skin issue and don't disclose it, then you at least owe me something for my time.

Ladies who have any type of skin issue like fever blisters etc...should not be working and when guys see this type of thing...they should walk. Meth rash...watch your wallet too.

Good handwashing, changing linens, spraying lysol on solid surfaces, bathing between clients, all go a long way in the spread of skin infections. This is not to mean spraying the linens with lysol and keep going.

This exact thing happened to me a long long time ago. I was in Houston and very new to the whole hobby world...I made an appointment with a provider (who is no longer on Eccie) arrived at her incall that was just a complete shit hole to begin with - so already a bad start. I walked in, said our hello's etc...she was wearing a wife beater and shorts / flip flops (yeah real classy). I noticed she had all these red sores all over her arms, thighs, chest etc. It was obvious I was staring at them and she said.."oh I just had a reaction to some new soap I started using"... yeah fucking right...I was not touching her didn't want her touching me and I was thinking to myself. "how the fuck do I get out of here?"

I paused for a moment and the hobby heavens took pitty on me - I had left my cel phone ringer on and a call came in right at that moment I was thinking...."hallelujah a call!! " I took the call and it was some telemarketer lol. I told the provider I was very sorry but it was a work call and it would be a while...I said sorry I can't stay and paid her 1/2 of her rate...she was thankful wanted to give me a hung and I just leaned away...and get the hell out of there....

In theory, I "could" have said "look hooker you obviously have at minimum some type of skin issue...it could be nothing and it could be something - but I am not comfortable with fucking you let alone being naked on you - so I am going to go ahead and leave now"...I don't know what the right thing to do would have been and opinions vary.....I've only had this happen 1 other time with a whore in AZ but that's a whole other story and I didn't get near her either....
If both of you have sores on your privates then it's a wash.

That actually describes plaque psoriasis perfectly.

Even so, if there's a health concern on either side, both parties should either agree to wrap it or cancel the session and move on. Originally Posted by FootWorshipLover

Depends on where the sores were, how many, the size of them....
