From where I live and where I work, a good provider is at least 1.5 to 2 hours away.
I have driven that far when I hit a dry spell.
I have also hit them up when I pass close by. The only issue is I have to give my co-workers money to drink with at the local watering hole while I go to "The Doctor"...
