Is The SecondAmendment at Risk?

Why_Yes_I_Do's Avatar
Yes, i noticed those trends. I figured it is because of low unemployment. For example, we seems to have a shortage of biologists to even define the definition of what a women is.

With all these inabilities to even define what it is they think, do or believe. How will they know if they know if they are even in the right ballpark?

well the biden administration nominees for different offices have called for the banning of assault weapons in their posts, tweets.commentaries and screeds

but in congressional hearings for their confirmations they cant or wont define the very thing they wish to ban

no definition of what is an assault weapon, no definition out of this bunch of scalawags of a woman either

potter stewart said he he couldn't define obscenity but he knew when he saw it

maybe thats it, they want to ban whatever the hell they want to ban

the whole dimocrat party is built on one big lie after another and constant fact ignoring coupled with dramatic histrionic displays of their lies so they never wish to be pinned down to anything Originally Posted by nevergaveitathought

Cops standing around with their thumbs in their asses waiting for donut deliveries while killers are gunning down children pretty much ASSURE that the 2nd Amendment will stand. Your government can't be bothered to protect even the most vulnerable among us. Originally Posted by texassapper

just hearing on news he wrecked without any chase by cops.

then there is a reported encounter with school resource officer. don't think that person was armed? not stated that i have heard so far. did this security officer try to stop this dude? not clear yet.

also hearing from the press briefing the school officer did not encounter this punk.

a lot is being made of the cops not going in immediately. the person speaking said some cops did enter quickly and others stayed outside as backup. it's been reported the officers who went in did take fire from this punk.

the speaker is saying it was about 10 minutes before an armed officer was on scene. after the first officers went in others by tactics would remain outside as backup. in combat you typically don't keep rushing troops into the line of fire.

Sorry, the cops (as. usual) fcuked this up. They stood around like a fcuking debating society (I've read that some got their own kids out) and prevented parents from taking action.

ACTIVE SHOOTER... IN A SCHOOL. It's not time to debate tactics, it's time to get in the fcuking building, find, fix and eliminate the shooter. The 911 call went out a 11:30, the shooter wasn't dropped until 1PM.

WTF?! I don't need to RUSH to judgement on this... I can see it from the get go.

I also know cops are under no obligation to prevent you from being murdered even if they are watching the crime... but how these turd burglars sleep at night knowing that they COULD have made a difference and didn't is BEYOND ME.

based on that if accurate no one fucked up and failed to stop this punk from getting to the school. also heard that the door he entered was supposed to be locked during that time. i'm sure that will not look good if true. this was supposed to be the standard after other shootings.

it's still unclear the time when the first officers entered. need more details on that as for the total time frame over an hour doesn't mean the shooter was still a position to continue to kill any kids or teachers. police are required to attempt to apprehend suspects, even in a case like this they can't treat it like combat. and if the enemy surrenders in combat they are supposed to be allowed to otherwise it's executing prisoners of war.

and what good would it have done if all the officers rushed in and all got shot? at least some should have remained in a backup position after officers entered. that open door is going to factor big in this, let's say if it should have been locked and was, he could still have gotten in through a window. unclear but unlikely that school had any security on the windows to prevent someone from breaking them out, perhaps that's one thing of practical use that comes from this. if it had been harder to enter what would this punk do then? probably start going to homes or businesses nearby and attacking random people.

... Surely understand yer point, BombKat.

But Waco got a good point also... Let's wait another day
to see more reports and evidence before condemning police
and school officials.

19 children dead. Hell, that's a 3 day holiday week-end in Chicago.

You want to stop the "Majority" of deaths by guns, fix fucking Chicago and then we'll talk about a crazy 18 year old lone shooter.

Talk to any police, military expert and they will tell you it is close to impossible to stop the first violent act of a person bent on killing having no previous arrest record.

But we can sure as hell prevent the second act of violence can't we! And why don't we make that the focus of "violence reform" instead of "gun reform" which is a folly.

But then we all know why Democrats won't crack down on criminals..... don't we.
