Charleston's on South Hulen (north of I-20) is my go-to. Huge and delicious, truly enough for two or dinner and lunch next day. You won't be sorry!

Everything on the menu at Norma's including the appetizers, salad, sandwiches, and especially their breakfast choices, are good!

They also have a daily special and the chicken and dumplings (Wed. and Sat.) and the smothered pork chops (I love pork chops, I can eat 4 of them in one sitting) are to die for.

.... I got a couple of buddies ready to join me yesterday for dinner around 7:20 only to find out they close at 8 pm on Sundays.

We ended up going to Pappasitos's instead which is not the same style of cuisine or what we really were in the mood for.
