Movie director and left-wing populist Michael Moore took to social media to express his displeasure with special counsel Robert Mueller's testimony, and to scold those who expected much from it.
Mueller appeared before two different House committees Wednesday to testify about his two-year investigation that determined the Trump campaign did not collude with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election.



"A frail old man, unable to remember things, stumbling, refusing to answer basic questions...," Moore tweeted. "I said it in 2017 and Mueller confirmed it today — All you pundits and moderates and lame Dems who told the public to put their faith in the esteemed Robert Mueller — just STFU from now on."



The special counsel's testimony appeared to be a dud for Democrats according to MSNBC, as he incessantly asked for committee members to repeat themselves and appeared unfamiliar with many aspects of the report.
He was far from the only person to express frustration with Mueller's testimony, with several taking to Twitter to describe him as "senile."

Yeah, Andrew Weismann, the Yssup Rider of Federal Prosecutors, failed miserably. Mueller was just a figurehead.

He may have looked so bad because I really don't think he wanted to be there....he said as much at his "press conference" a few months back....I think Dems dragged him in there against his will, I think he told them they won't get more than what they got in his report...but they were really trying to put words in his mouth, take things he said out of context, trying to get him to do their work for them in making impeachment reasonable without signs of blatant bias....and it really wasn't fair for them to expect that from him....I think the last several years have worn him out....being beaten from all sides.....and I think it has finally shown. Politics aside, I respect Mueller for his service to our country...his Bronze Star and Purple Heart in Vietnam. I wish the Dems would have treated a veteran better than this by dragging him into this when he really didn't want to.

He did write the report. I'd say he didn't work much other than an absentee owner. Weissmann gathered the team, did the treachery and wrote/edited the report.
