What Happens to the Girls!

A friend of mine said his wife became disinterested but had a huge
collection of romance novels she read all the time.

Maybe a little romance would go a long way.

I asked him that and he said he didn't know anything about
all that romance stuff.

I then pointed out the fact that there are about a million books
on the subject and maybe while his wife was reading he could
do a little reading for himself.

I think he went and turned the game on instead because they
got a divorce not long after that.

Not saying that is the general answer but in his case I think it was.

Well, this is all well and good, except for the part where the female divorcee, kids and all, can somehow resurrect her sex drive while recruiting the next husband - in order to become the "smiling bride" - again. The phrase "rinse and repeat" somehow keeps bouncing around between my ears.

And, the remote, disengaged husband/father is a myth, and has been for quite a while. It does, however, make for a nice fall guy on TV.

Oops. My sincere apologies.
Laura Lynn..."raising a husband"...
So that's what my wife has been doing to me all these years...I'm almost there...

I need to be raised, I need some to make sure all my buttons are buttoned, all the buttons are in the correct button hole, shoes tied, zipper up, pants and jacket are compatible (blue blazers apparently should not be worn with black slacks) and a few other ineptitudes. I am capable of cooking pretty damn good, cleaning up after myself and writing the check to the housekeeper. Two have tried, good thing I'm not a dog or I would have been put down by now as an "untrainable"

Um, life happens. Its hard to be in the mood when your having babies, raising young kids, raising a husband, tending to a house, working a full time job, etc etc. Stress is the biggest mood killer. My desire practically vanished between 26 - 38. Originally Posted by Laura Lynn
