I know some of the names that have been released, and it is likely to result is some serious shit hitting them on all fronts. The legal issues will be the least of thier problems. Many of the posters on this thread probably live in neighborhoods that are larger than Kennebunk. The fact of the matter appears to be that without her testimony, how do they prove any of these charges. Failing to prove the charge, these guys lives are ruined for the short term.
We all engage in this behavior with some level of risk and some level of assurance. If I get caught with my pants down, game over. If I get in and get out, I feel that there is some mutual expectation that it serves neither myself or the provider to roll over if pressured by LEO.
Most of the people here resent what the authorities have done and the attention that it has brought and those feelings will only be magnified if all involved plead the 5th and nobody gets convicted of what we are all doing.

She videoed at least some if not all of the sessions and kept detailed records. Depending on what's on the video they may not need any corroborating testimony.

And my defense would be that I did not pay for the session that was video taped. Where is the crime there?
