Doctors walk out of national Obamacare implementation meeting

abandon their chosen profession and possibly their passion, default on their loans and try to find a job in a weak economy ..

With five months left before open enrollment, zero states that have an exchange set up and 33 states now that are not going to cooperate and set up an exchange, is there anybody that actually thinks this is going to be implemented anyway?

It seems as if it is dead on arrival. You would think at least California and New York would have exchanges in place after three years.

Did you mean to quote me on this? It has nothing to do with the exchanges being set up for Obamacare.

But I do agree with the article that it was stupid for the Govs not to accept the money that the states' taxpayers already gave to the feds. The problem for the poor is that it only expands the people that are eligible, it does not pay the doctors more for visits and procedures or give them incentive to start seeing them.

Ive been on the fence about this from day 1, rather than speculate, or hear how healthcare will effect the country before it hits the bricks, I'lll wait and see until the actual #s come out and when the program has had enough time to have a history, good, bad, or otherwise.

Completely understand that. I've never been on the fence with Obamacare, turn it over to the states and be done with it.
