Location To Serve Clients

I would say hotel. I am not too crazy about neighbors watching traffic at apartments or residences.

But with an ass like the OPs I don't think it matters too much.

Nice apartment with safety features such as fob entry to building, gated and multi level garage parking. If the building is midrise, no one knows what apartment you are going to. If the lady or ladies keep several apartments in the same building - better.
