Probably because of its proximity to Lebo. That department has nothing better to do and they have probably volunteered a JTF to watch the place. Been there once, early on a Sunday morning. There's cameras everywhere. I know some say the owner is cool and all and she is just making sure there are no issues, but that's a lot of evidence saved somewhere.
