There's a place on the square called 'Coney Island' that's open 24 hours. I was in Denton to help a friend and we went there Thursday night around 11 and had a bacon and egg breakfast that was pretty good. They sell burgers and hot dogs but I have not tried them. They get poor reviews on Yelp for bad service, but we did not have any issues.

Anything else? I would have hoped for some better responses.
I lived in Denton in the 90s. Some places I liked: Bari's, Cool Beans, and the State Club off the UNT campus, wonder if they're still there. RIP Flying Tomato...you are missed. There was also a Tex-Mex place called Tia's that I liked. The Corner in the UNT student union had pretty good chicken salad sandwiches and hand-made milk shakes.
The new Brisket burger 35 and 380 (old sonic location) is good and has some interesting offerings. go for the premium burgers they have a different bun and are a step up.

I can vouch for Coney Island. I'm pretty sure they are open 24 hours.

And L.A. Burgers is a good place to go and they have live music upstairs at the bar. They have a really good BBQ Brisket Queso. And lots of choices for burgers.

Then right downstairs and next door is a good ice cream shop that makes their waffle cones in shop. It smells SOOO good!
Sweetwater has good bar food along with local music, 940 is pretty good especially if your into custom cocktails, Hoochies if your into basic Cajun.
