That did not answer his question at all. If your answer was actually true, we would all get NCNS'ed more than half of the time. And we don't.
Perhaps your reputation precedes you. I would definitely believe that.

My experience is I have been NCNS'd well less than 5% of the time. Anyone who is near 45% should probably look at why. Just saying.
