With today's technology there's no reason to subscribe to 100's of channels when you only spend 95% of your time on 20 of them. The cafeteria type plan has been suggested for 20 years or more. The FCC needs to walk into the 21st century.

Listening to Timmie complain I have to say that a really popular channel can charge the limit if they so desire. Timmie would have to pay through the nose for the Home Shopping Network, MSNBC, and OWN.
