However, what you don't account for here is what unpretentious and genuine people most of the guys who ran these agencies really were. Over the decades I've seen agencies come & go for a variety of reasons. Why is it that the CC agencies left, but a few of the RGV agencies are still here? Are the departing agencies still in business, just not advertising on ECCIE? If that were the case, then I might give RJ's explanation more credence.
