Also why would you be opening her door while in her room. If it were the cops they would have had management open the door. Also they had no warrant.

I have seen Roxy BCD and several times non BCD. I believe her side. Don't really believe that this guy couldn't get his old handle back, not to mention that another provider said he did the same thing to her.
