NFL Smacks Tomlin big time

IMHO, The refs should enforce the rule and not wait till a person is interfered with and then smack them with a big fine. I think it is bullshit and until the rule is enforced across the league equally he should protest the fine and or tell them to fuck off. Enforce the rule or dont, it should not be until the damage is done.
