$0.20 seems an awfully reasonably amount to pay for getting these employees insurance. Right now, I'm paying for their uncompensated care through the health insurance premiums on my employees (which run about $1,400/Mo./employee or so. (As are you if you pay for your own health insurance.) Between me or you, and their sorry-ass good for nothing immoral employer, who is too fucking cheap to pony up for his on employees' insurance and foists that costs off on third parties, I'm ready to vote. Why aren't you?

Someone fill me in on her logic. It sounds to me like she currently offers coverage (based on her stating that one of her options is to stop offering coverage and pay the fine), but then she goes on to say that her other option is to limit herself to 49 employees so as to not be required to offer coverage.
