Lauren, this is why you are one of the most inspiring, honorable and incredible women I know, in any business, or in any part of my life. From the time we started to get to know each other in '07, I have been nothing but impressed with you in every arena. You are a joy to be around, to watch grow, to talk to and to learn from. I believe this is a grown woman's business; I hate seeing young ladies get involved in it, it is so tough to discern what is real, what is bs, and danger lurks constantly if you do not have MEGA street smarts.
