It's humiliating to be treated this way by a person that, according to reviews, has been so good to everyone else.

Just fucking tell us who it is already. As soon as you mentioned that green dot shit I know who it is, most everyone else knows who it is, so just name it so we will stop guessing.

I say it's obvious that it's Dixie. I'm not sure he isn't fucking around and wants to give a black mark upon her rep. I'm not defending her because she's my best buddy, I don't even know her. It just seems very contrived and fishy if you ask me.

Time to share the name of who this provider is so that the rest of us will know for future reference. It's good to get things like this out so we can all benefit from the knowledge and not make the same mistake...

Not to mention, while you may be out the $225, I am pretty sure she will end up being out a whole lot more once others here find out she pulled this stunt on you.

Let it be a lesson - stay the hell away from green dot cards to anyone. It's just like cash and you can't get it back. A great percentage of green dot transactions to strangers = scam.

I prepaid her via Green Dot as a show of good faith. In return, I got a No Show, followed by a lame excuse, followed by the promise of a makeup, followed by a cancellation with promise of refund, followed by limited contact, followed by no refund followed by no contact.

I kept things quiet while the latter parts of this process played out.

Refund never received, Dixie never seen. Calls, texts and PMs to her unanswered.

But hey, Vicram, it looks like she's running a new special today. Go get yourself a Green Dot reload card and stand in line.

Any deposit you give this person is spent the moment it touches her palm. From then on, she's trying to wipe you off her shoe and move on. Do NOT give her a single nickel before she earns it!

I complied with her prepayment requirement as a show of my good faith and concern for her well being. She took that as a sign of a chump-in-waiting and proceeded accordingly.

I admit it, that gets under my skin a little.
