What is the meaning of UTF?

I also saw a definition on Urban Dictionary stating that UTF means Uncovered Throat Fuck. Quite a difference from the other definition of UTF, but it is a little closer to the original one mentioned; Untranslated French.

Whoa.....so a UTFUTF could be an uncovered throat fuck under a really big guy.
