OSK has moved to Trinity Groves. Great burger! Also Luschers Red Hots (Deep Ellum) is supposed to have a really good burger. Keller's and Jake's are both great. Houston's has a great burger as well. There has been trend that compares Kraft American Singles which doesn't even read as cheese and Velveeta as American Cheese it is not. Land o lake's American Cheese or maybe Boar's Head American.
