Oh my, and not to tick anyone off, but do the basic elements of supply and demand play any role in DFW or am I just not aware of the demand? Reason being, it seems like the standard hour is north of $500 these days and, in some instances, north of $1000. Is there that much demand and not enough providers in the DFW area or am I just shopping at the wrong mall? ha! Just noticed a provider asking $1400 for 30 minutes. Hello?!

If I open an auto cleaning business, and charge $300 to clean your car... Well, if people are WILLING to pay that amount continually, then I'm running a successful business. The question is, who is going to be persuaded that I'm not going to leave a single speck of dust anywhere on the interior or exterior, and that someone else out there won't offer the same quality for less?
The girls in this business want to support their lifestyle, no matter how extravagant or modest it may be. They will adjust their rates based on how many customers they are getting, and what their monthly expenses are. Most people can do simple math.
So basically, as long as someone is willing to pay for it, you'll be able to sell it. If a girl could just persuade one guy per month to pay her 10,000 for an hour, then she makes 10,000 a month. If she can persuade 100 guys to pay her 100 per hour, she makes the same amount, it still equates to 10,000 per month.
What you are noticing are the changes in the industry that have happened since 2020. Predominantly, people in what have been defined traditionally as lower and "middle" income brackets are struggling financially. While very high income earners, or those with extremely high value assets are not. If the girls in this industry can successfully and consistently pursue the men in the second category, then their rates will continue to go up. And that's what has been happening since covid hit.
Look up tulip bulb mania on google, it's a phenomena that happened in the Netherlands in the 17th century. Same thing with bitcoin. As long as someone, or a group of people are willing to pay a price for a good or service, it will continue to have a profitable market. The very moment "everyone" decides something is not valuable, or simply not worth the asking price today, that's when things start to change. But as long as girls can continue to pick up customers from the 8 figure income bracket, then nothing will change in this industry. In fact, things could potentially get worse from here on out. Unless you thing all rich men will spontaneously lose their sex drive due to some paranormal reason, I don't see this situation improving...
