How many providers actually read ISOs?

I stopped posting them a long time ago cuz I would try to be specific about locations and time frames I was looking for and a host of providers would reply or PM me and be unavailable at the time I was looking for or not anywhere close to the location. So clearly some just respond and don’t read them
