Providers not honoring rates listed on showcase

I believe that if her ad had no price .... one would automatically check showcase. And if your showcase says $200 review special....$200 with a review would be the donation. Question what was her normal rate and did that dramatically differ from what she quoted you on the phone? .... yeah false advertisement sucks! .... I
