Just depends on the artistic expression of the artist at hand. Some provider's have such great taste and I remember a now retired provider that had a tat on her breast and it was very nice. There was a story behind the deal and it just made the experience that more special and understandable.
To each their own really. Never been my thing. I prefer none or if they have one, maybe an inconspicuous place. Something that has significance to them. I think it can get to the point of distraction quickly though. But again, personal decision someone makes. I'm not knocking anyone for having them. Just not my thing though. When I was riding the train to work there was a guy who shaved his head. He had them all over including tattooed eyes on the back of his head. .

I hate them!!!!!

There are several ladies I have passed on due to them.

The best thing I can say is that the tat didn't make them look any worse, and I can rarely say that.

Please ladies, I beg you, enough with the tats.

I have several tattoos and they all have a special significance to me. If a gentleman chooses not to see me because of them, then of course that would be his choice. My tattoos do not affect my personality or my heart or how I do what I do. It's all a matter of choice for you.. and for myself.

I've been thinking through some of the ladies I know have tattoo(s)...and have decided I'm pro tattoo...which has nothing to do with tattoos.

Tattoos are body art. Saying all tattoos are good or bad is like saying all paintings are good or bad. Personally, I'm not a big fan of jail house tats, especially certain gang tats. Tango Blast tats are borderline OK, but Crip tats don’t really do anything for me. Cum catcher tats are a bit oh-hum because they are so overdone. Some girls have tats that really, really look nice. I find a girl with really nice tats ultra sexy.

You can't turn them on or off...
Don't like them at all. These days you have to put up with them. I prefer all natural. NO INK !!!

I prefer without, but girlie tats are okay, thug tats and I won't see you.

But the the OP's question, IMO, small tats are ok, but not any of any formal names and a bunch of tats all over the body is a turn-off, for me anyway.

WALDT, but that is my opinion.
The whole Suicide Girl image is very appealing. I've seen some really beautiful skin art and some that just wasn't well thought out. To each, his own. OP, you did say all opinions so what about henna tattoos? I routinely get them on my legs and feet and my arms.
