On a serious note, I run first thing in the morning but it's such a love/hate relationship...don't why I put myself through it aside from challenging myself to get through something I dislike.
What I love? Boot camp workouts and Barre classes. Barre will kick your ass the first few times you do it unless you're already a dancer. Oh, and on that note: fitness pole workouts!
I'm training for a Mud Runner which is absolutely insane of me but it's a challenge so I'm up for it. Additionally, I view it as a way to understand what members of our military go through daily just to survive. Getting electrocuted at the end is scary but can't be worse than the random, mild accidents we have in our own homes every few years.
