As others have noted . . . good health, appropriate weight, exercise and appropriate T level (NOT the Labcorp standard) does far more in addressing ED issues. Unless there is some other physical feature at work, not only doe they address ED, but mental alertness, healing and overall feeling better and they accommodate spontaneous sexual activity. Hell, the SO loves giving me boners at "inopportune" times
One thing my research did reveal is the number of men who have actual penile injuries they are not aware of... remember when you got RACKED by a baseball when you were 15, or landed on a bicycle crossbar?? You could have scar tissue and other issues that are almost invisible to the patient but can be discovered and corrected by a Urologist who knows what he is doing.
Bottom line from me ... feel free to ignore, go see a male sexual health SPECIALIST as the typical MD, family practitioner or internist are just not "up" on the current research. The current stander for "acceptable" T level is about 375 which is simply ridiculous, especially if you were an athlete for any period of time. I'm now in the 750 range and am angry because I just accepted what my internist said was "normal" . . . 15 years wasted.
I'm over 60 now and having a great time!
Y'all get healthy and have fun. Take what you need to or feel what works, but at least invest in a visit to a Urologist who isn't also a salesman.
Have a great sex life!!!! I'm done here.
