My biggest thing is ROI.
If I'm spending 4, 5, 6, 700 it more with a provider, I better get getting what I'm paying for. As I've heard it said "To much is given, much is expected." A provider charging premium prices with a limited menu - and we've all seen it - is nothing more than a high priced version you can get from LC for 200 with the same list of nos.

I've always advertised at my actual weight.
I've always advertised at a slightly lower than market rate.
In an industry where its pretty typical for ladies to shave a few years and a few (or more) pounds.. I've always been able to make the gents happy with how young I look for being ____ and how good I look for weighing ____ and what a great value I am for only charging _____.
My way isn't the way for everyone. But I'm not an overwhelmingly glamorous person by nature. I just can't fit that mold. So, better to just keep on being the cute soccer mom rather than trying too hard to be something I'm not in order to try to achieve some unrealistic version of myself just to charge a few bucks more.
