Action will be taken in cases where staff finds multiple handles are being used for deceptive reasons, to carry out an agenda (promotion or trashing of another), or to return to the board following a previous suspension or ban.
I also can't find any determining factor on what a 'nuclear' guideline is or isn't. I never dreamed that a person could get a 10 pointer for mentioning a drug name in the context of killing thousands of people. Something you can find doing a simple google search and find the name of the drug and how it's killing people. Talk about a reach. So, will there ever be updated rules indicating what the nuclear guidelines are. A search indicated this drug name had been posted many times, so am I to assume that every time that word was typed, the also received a major infraction?
