IMO- I love an extra bonus, but it is not required. most gent's feel like it is SOP(standard operating procedure), so they tip all the time. Some don't at all. As long as the fee is paid to me i'm ok with the no tipping thing.

But coming for a return visit is way more exciting to me...

Actually, my local Firestone was pretty good in my area until the moved the store manager to regional. Then the new guy turned it into a bait & switch and overcharge. My private guy charged me $340 on a repair - Firestone wanted $1,800.... for realz!
